About Lebanon Valley Flowers & Gifts The flower shop was founded in 1991. Peggy and Steve Progin purchased the shop in January 2004, expanding the business with more gifts, gift baskets, balloons, and a wide variety of other items. A family business, daughters Kris and Karen run the shop on a day-to-day basis. Kris is trained in floral design and Karen handles customer relations and deliveries. The delivery team includes Grandpa Joe and Grandpa Leonard. The entire family helps out, along with some key employees.

Lebanon Valley Flowers & Gifts stresses customer service. Using the freshest of flowers, we try to provide unique arrangements and gifts that meet our customers' requirements. To help meet this goal, we have invested in modern technology to help take and fulfill our orders. Our website is user-friendly, and our store is inviting to our customers. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays except for certain holidays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $7.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday, except for certain holidays. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
